Job Summary:As an Office Administrator at Hurstbourne Garage, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. You will be responsible for handling a variety of clerical tasks to support our daily operations and maintain efficient office procedures.

Duties:- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.- Coordinate with the team to schedule appointments and maintain calendars.- Assist in organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.- Support the team with any necessary administrative tasks to facilitate efficient workflow.- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized tools for documentation and communication.- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.

Skills:- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.- Knowledge of data entry processes and basic bookkeeping principles.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
