As a Customer Interaction Assistant, you will be highly organised and able to think on your feet.

You'll be confident in providing knowledge and insights to support decision making, and will be a great multitasker; remaining calm under pressure and delivering work on time, in budget, and to a high standard. You'll manage the accurate flow of information in and out of the department in an efficient and discreet way.

Importantly, you'll be a strong communicator who can nurture great relationships and act as the ‘go to' person for Customer Interaction teams and the wider Business.

We are recruiting for an experienced Point of Sale Assistant to join the Stores Marketing Team at Aldi Head Office. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering high caliber In Store Marketing or fixture initiatives, ideally within a retail environment, alongside strong organisational skills.

We are recruiting for an experienced Point of Sale Assistant to join the Stores Marketing Team at Aldi Head Office. Your New Role:

• Assist the Analyst & Manager in development of permanent store signage design to suit Aldi's future strategy
• Assist in collaborating and influencing other internal departments, e.g. Stores Dev, Merchandising, National Property, CR
• Assisting the relationship management of 4 x external suppliers
• Liaises with 11 Regional property teams & Merchandising to obtain store information or cascade comms to regions
• Assist in Briefing, design, print & install of 105 - 120 New Store/ Refits permanent signage and graphics
• Brand guardian of store signage design for UK & Ireland
• Develops & implements new signage requirements based on fixture or merchandising projects or trial
• Develops & implements new signage requirements based on Marketing/ other department projects
• Permanent POS documentation (design guidelines, process documentation etc)

About You:

• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Understanding of the impact of in store point of sale on consumer behavior in store.
• Both a problem solver and relationship builder across a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Logical thinker with a drive to understand and deliver against varying ROI targets.
• In store & In store POS & fixtures.
