Based in our London Paddington office, Sony Pictures Entertainment has an exciting and newly created role for a Learning & Inclusion Coordinator to join our International People & Organisation team.
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day learning and development activities for our EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions. This will include coordinating the logistics of key learning activities, acting as the key point of contact for external learning consultants and promoting learning, development and inclusion initiatives within the organisation through regular communications. You will also provide administrative support for specific Employee Business Resource Group initiatives.
What you'll do:
Work with the Executive Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Talent to support the delivery of Learning and Development, including:
Administrator of SPE's Learning Management System (currently Cornerstone) by entering courses, creating deep links, attendance rosters and conducting post session evaluations
Reporting usage statistics to the head office team and complying with reporting requests.
Coordination of logistics and resources such as liaising with suppliers, arranging workshop materials, booking meeting rooms, catering, and supplies.
Budget coordination: administering invoices and liaising with relevant teams to follow up payments and keep track of spending and possible budgetary changes.
Coordinating the content for the Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion newsletters and adapting communications for different audiences
Administering central L&D inbox for EMEA and APAC and responding/redirecting team L&D requests
Supporting the EMEA Employee Business Resource Groups to successfully deliver on their key initiatives, such as events, film screenings and development sessions.
Supporting with delivering programming for key Diversity and Inclusion months, coordinating communications, organising logistical arrangements, collating key resources.
What you need:
Exceptional administration skills
Excellent project coordination skills with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Previous experience with training coordination
Experience in an administrative or organisational role
Experience of using Learning Management Systems for administrative and reporting processes - usage of Cornerstone is desirable
High degree of flexibility, motivation, and drive
Ability to manage high-pressure situations in a professional & customer-focused manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confident speaking with stakeholders at all levels
Strong oral and written English communication skills - use of Canva is desirable
Awareness of working in an international business is desirable
Good IT skills including a high level of proficiency with Excel and Outlook
