Job Responsibility:

The provision of a comprehensive HR service includes the following areas with each of the HR Business Managers taking the lead role in specialist areas including: Staff Benefits Medical HR Agenda for Change Policy development and Review HR Business Managers will undertake defined projects as required and agreed and will play a key role in improving the performance of the Trust by helping to realise the benefits of workforce management, development and planning. To promote partnership working with staff side colleagues and the delivery of a proactive and customer centered service, which improves both the service and the patient experience. To work with the senior management teams within the Divisions to develop and establish effective people management practices in collaboration with the wider People & OD Directorate.
