Job Summary

Would you like to help improve the health and wellbeing of those with drug and alcohol issues?

The Role

Working as part of a wider flexible team, you will cover a geographical area (more detail is below) supporting service delivery for short to medium time periods, as and when required.

The role will be providing cover across our London, and surrounding areas, services - as such a willingness and ability to travel across Greater London, and the surrounding areas is essential. We will aim to focus your work in the following areas:

  • West & Central London & surrounding areas,
  • East & Central London & surrounding areas,
  • North & Central London & surrounding areas,
  • South & Central London & surrounding areas.

As such please state your geographical preference on your application. While we will always prioritise accommodating your geographical preferences, you may be asked to work in other areas.

You will receive a comprehensive and robust induction package with access to further ongoing training and professional development opportunities. All reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.

The Service

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced staff to support flexible service delivery, as part of the Via - FLEX Team. FLEX stands for:

  • F - Fixed role not a fixed work base
  • L - Locations, locations, locations - go where you are need
  • E - Experience essential, along with your expert skills and knowledge
  • X - Xtra capacity for teams that need extra support.

As part of our important work, we have developed and established a team to work flexibly and responsively across our services, providing exceptional support and structured interventions to the people we help.

The Via - FLEX Team has multiple elements including a substantive team (permanent posts), which will work across a range of services fulfilling their placement needs to provide additional capacity and support when required.
