Job Description :

As a Retail Events Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for representing our brand at various retail events and pop-up locations. You will engage with customers, promote our products, and drive sales through direct interactions. This role is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, energetic, and have a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage retail event displays and pop-up shops
• Engage with customers to promote and sell our products
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Achieve and exceed individual and event sales targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during events
• Participate in pre-event planning and post-event analysis
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure a successful retail experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
