We are a new startup retail shop specializing in car paint products. We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and experience in automotive paint mixing.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations:

• Greet and assist customers.
• Provide expert advice on paint products and applications.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Supplier Management:

• Maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Manage inventory and place orders.
• Negotiate pricing and terms.

Marketing and Sales:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Use social media and other channels for promotion.
• Participate in local events and car shows.

Paint Mixing and Application:

• Mix automotive paints to match specific colors.
• Stay updated on latest paint products and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage daily operations and cash handling.
• Maintain accurate sales and purchase records.
• Prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive paint products and mixing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £16,788.53-£24,000.00 per year
