A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our new Flagship restaurant, for a hard-working, positive individual, with a passion for food and exceptional guest service who is looking for a career in the hospitality sector.
Queenies was established in 2014, as an independent, urban, brunch-style eatery; focusing on fresh food and priding ourselves on great service. We currently have restaurants in both Billericay and Chelmsford.
About the role:
- You will be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant including stock and cash management
- You will have the ability to drive sales, meeting and exceeding targets
- You will have the ability to manage and deal with all staff related queries
- Able to step up when the General Manager is not there
- You will be liaising with our Head Chefs and Area Manager
- Working 5 days out of 7
- Evening and weekend availability is a must
About You:
- You will have 3+ years’ experience in hospitality in a high volume establishment
- You will have either a minimum of 1 years experience as an assistant manager within a restaurant setting or a minimum of 2 years experience as an established high performing supervisor looking to take the next step
- You will be friendly, approachable and an all round hospitality super-star!
- You will be committed to ensuring the restaurant delivers the highest standards for our guests
- As an inspirational leader, you will also understand the importance of coaching and development
- You will be dedicated to managing, driving and developing a successful business which is focused on growth, guest service, and excellence, as well as a confident, content and well- trained team
