Job Responsibility:
We are looking for individuals who wish to do some volunteering in our Summer 2024 Holiday club from 29th of July 2024 to 23rd of August.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up play area, taking risk assessment checks & imparting club rules.
- Implementation of our schedule of activities should be followed which sets out which activities will be done on a day to day basis.
- The activity should then be organised & supervised from a health and safety prospective.
- Assisting with snack preparation and clearing away after children have eaten.
- helping practitioner in managing and implementing activities.
- able to plan activities that engages children's interest.

Main duties include:
- Assist with planning, preparing and delivering quality play opportunities within a safe and caring environment
- Setting up the play space including moving furniture and play equipment.
- Providing refreshments and ensuring that hygiene, health and safety standards are meet.
- Administering first aid when necessary.
- Consulting with children and involving them in planning activities.
- Facilitating good communication with all members of the organisation, parents, and school.
- Keeping the work environment healthy, safe and secure.
- Working within the framework of the club's policies and procedures.

- To contribute to a high quality caring environment for children. This includes creating a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally through individual attention and group activities
