Job Responsibility:

Multiskilled Operatives

PrepWorld is looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to perform a selection of key support roles to ensure the smooth running of a busy fresh cut fruit factory, including:

• Operating process machinery
• Transfer of fruit
• Traceability paperwork
• Stock counting
• Ensuring equipment is where it is needed

Full training provided for all activities

Who we are looking for:

• Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English and numeracy skills
• Please note: this role involves some heavy lifting e.g. fruit boxes.

Days and Hours of work: 05:30 - 17:30 (days), 18:30 - 05:30 (nights) 4 days per week, which days to be discussed and agreed in interview.

Pay: Day Shift starts at £11.97 (Level 1) rising to £12.50 (level 2) against a training plan. Night Shift is the same PLUS 50p p/hr on the above.
