  • About the Role: As an Outdoor Early Years Practitioner, you'll use your existing skills, experience, and passion to follow children's interests and scaffold their learning in authentic, enabling environments. A key aspect of your role will be dedicating your time to working closely with a small group of 8 families, allowing you to build deep, meaningful relationships and provide personalised support. You'll collaborate with these families and your colleagues to provide holistic, child-centered care and education that goes beyond traditional early years practice.

  • Professional Requirements:
  • -Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
  • -2+ years of experience in early childhood education
  • -In-depth understanding of the EYFS
  • -Strong references from current/previous employers
  • -Paediatric first aid training (preferably outdoors)

  • Additional Desirable Qualifications:
  • -Steiner Waldorf Early Childhood Studies qualification (or currently training)
  • -Forest School Association qualification
