Join Head Chef Mathew Sherry in our 4 AA Rosette number one restaurant. Number One offers a Seasonal Tasting menu of favourite Scottish and British produce. Current menu items may include Shetland salmon, Orkney scallops, North Sea halibut, Pittenweem lobster 45-day aged Scottish Beef, and our own Balmoral honey.
