Job Responsibility:
Experienced Accounts and Office Administration assistant required for busy Ecommerce business on a part-time basis within an online retail business selling home and garden products.
Work from home.
Accounts experience including purchase ledger and office administration is essential as well as being very proficient in Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of using Brightpearl would be advantageous.
The role is very varied and will include creating and sending purchase orders, reconciling supplier accounts and bank accounts, invoicing, supplier payments as well as other office administration tasks.
Hours:- Monday to Friday 9am - 12noon - some flexibility may be agreed.
The successfull candidate will work in a small friendly team and join a virtual office via Zoom whilst working, they must be a team player and be willing to "muck in" when required.
