Job Responsibility:

Assistant Commercial Administrator (Part Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Freedom Infrastructure Services Unit 11 Charles Industrial Estate Stowmarket Suffolk IP14 5AH Freedom Group is currently recruiting for Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial Admin Team in Stowmarket. The administrator will work with a range of stakeholders to support with administrative duties ranging from processing data on the database to producing weekly and monthly reports on specific projects. This is part time position working 4 days per week Monday to Thursday, 30 hours per week based at our office in Stowmarket (IP14 5AH). This role is being recruited as a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. Responsibilities:
  • Processing of invoices and paperwork ensuring this is done accurately within tight timeframes.
  • Provide Sub-Contractor Quotations within required deadlines
  • Ensuring the Work in Progress (WIP) value is kept within KPI's by assisting chasing paperwork & raising invoices in a timely fashion, adhering to client SLA's.
  • Updating the weekly register & spreadsheet.
  • Moving jobs onto correct the status, checking old / cancelled jobs to see if these can be invoiced.
  • Assisting the Commercial Administration Manager to produce Reports for Management team, accounts and external clients.
  • Processing invoices as directed by the Commercial Manager
  • Preparing, processing, and managing subcontractor applications, supplier invoices, purchase orders & enquiries
  • Dealing with client commercial queries
Applicants require:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills in particular use of the MS Office package
  • Organisational skills and ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Previous experience within a commercial administration team and using CAFM systems (Job Logic/ Job Track) would be preferred.
