Location: Freedom Infrastructure Services Unit 11 Charles Industrial Estate Stowmarket Suffolk IP14 5AH
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Freedom Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join our Commercial Admin Team in Stowmarket. The Team leader will act as the primary point of contact regarding commercial administration matters and oversee a small team of administrators. This is full time position working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week based at our office in Stowmarket (IP14 5AH).
Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial administration team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding commercial administrative matters.
- Conduct regular team meetings/reviews to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide updates.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within specified deadlines through standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Support the Team with Sub-Contractor Quotations, Month-End-Billing and ensuring the Work in Progress (WIP) value is kept within KPI's by assisting chasing paperwork & raising invoices in a timely fashion, adhering to client SLA's.
- Managing moving jobs onto correct the status, checking old / cancelled jobs to see if these can be invoiced and processing of invoices and paperwork ensuring this is done accurately within tight timeframes.
- Managing and supporting the team to raise WO's, administrating and processing off WIF's (Work Instruction Form) and processing information into the companies CAFM Systems/Portals i.e. Job Logic, Job Track.
Applicants require:- Previous experience working within a commercial administrative team, ideally at a supervisory level.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills in particular use of the MS Office package, previous experience of CAFM systems (Job Logic/Job Track) would be preferred.
- Organisational skills and ability to work alone or as part of a team
