We're looking for a Fire Alarm Technician to work on a social housing contract. Primarily working on existing conventional / addressable systems, testing, fault finding and repair. New installation work will also be part of the role, along with emergency lighting testing The position is full time. Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30. Additional hours available.

The candidate will also be carrying out electrical duties, such as consumer unit replacements, EICR remedial works, tray, trunking, conduit, emergency lighting installation works - The role on offer is varied and rewarding.

Requirements:

• Working as part of a team and be able to work alone (must)
• Own tools (must). Van provided
• DBS Certificate (must - can be obtained separately)
• IPAF (desirable)
• PASMA (desirable)
• Punctual (must)
• CSCS (must)
• Asbestos Awareness (must - can be obtained separately)
• Gold Card (desirable)
• Staffordshire / Stoke based (must)
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• 18th Edition (must)
• Time served electrical apprenticeship (must)
• NVQ Level 3 (must
• Level 3 5839-1 (must)
• 28 days paid holidays
