Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight:

Ensuring high standards of clinical practice are maintained for all age groups.
Staff Management:
Recruiting, training, and supervising clinical staff specialized in both paediatric and adult care.
Conducting performance reviews and ensuring continuous professional development of the team.
Client Care:
Assessing the needs of new clients and developing personalized, comprehensive care plans for both children and adults.
Ensuring clients' complex care needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Implementing and maintaining clinical policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
Conducting regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance and high standards of care.
Communication and Liaison:
Acting as the main point of contact for clinical matters for clients, their families, and external healthcare providers.
Liaising with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists.
Risk Management:
Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.
Outsourcing and Brokerage Coordination:
Identifying and establishing relationships with external brokerage teams to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
Coordinating the outsourcing process to ensure timely and effective client placement.
Negotiating terms and agreements with brokerage teams to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Monitoring the performance of brokerage teams to ensure high standards of client care
