Job Responsibility:

Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Salon Apprentice to join our team at a popular hair salon in Godmanchester. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the hair industry and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic salon environment.

Duties- Assist stylists in providing high-quality salon services- Learn and develop skills in hair washing, cutting, colouring, styling and all other aspects of the hair industry.- Engage with clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote salon products and services through upselling techniques- Support front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client enquiries- Shadow experienced stylists to enhance skills and techniques

Experience- Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential- Willingness to learn about all aspects of the hair industry from within a hair salon- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members- Interest in learning front desk operations and diary management- Enthusiasm for learning including strong self motivation
