Job Description :

The client seeks a Senior Laravel Developer to support ongoing development of a complex backend system for a CRM and client portal used both internally and externally by a construction company based in Ireland. The client is supported by Tribes, who initially developed the project and continues to oversee its evolution.

1 year contract (extendable)

This is a part-time (approximately 20-25 hours per week) remote role, open to candidates anywhere, with flexibility in working hours. The ideal candidate is a seasoned backend developer with strong experience in Laravel, multi-tenancy, and cloud-based deployments. Clear English communication is essential, as the role involves collaborating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the backend API built in Laravel, utilizing
• Contribute to the Filament-based admin portal
• Collaborate with the DevOps workflow using AWS and GitHub Actions
• Optimize performance and structure of a complex multi-tenant backend
• Communicate effectively with the Tribes team and stakeholders on progress, blockers, and solutions

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel
• Strong experience with complex backend systems and multi-tenant architectures
• Experience using Filament for admin panel development
• Proficiency with AWS and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
