Amazon is seeking an exceptionally bright and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Finance Leaders in WW Ops Finance. This role will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the WW OPS Finance Team and ensure seamless business planning and coordination across the wider business. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other WW OPS Finance Executive Assistants to support overall administrative goals. This role demands excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple requests calmly and efficiently. The successful candidate must handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and interact effectively with senior business executives and public policy stakeholders. A good sense of humor is essential, as is the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate can complete complex tasks and projects with minimal guidance, anticipate team needs, and respond with appropriate urgency to unexpected developments. Key job responsibilities
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedules
  • Track and drive the completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Organize and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to support the organization
  • Manage domestic and international travel as needed
  • Foster a fun and positive work environment
  • Support on expense reimbursement claims
