From our humble beginnings in a small yard with only a handful of machines as our offering the company has grown phenomenally in size since then. Buckhurst, with an annual turnover of £11milion, is now operating from several depots across the UK and Scotland with over 2000 pieces of machinery and plant
Buckhurst now employs over 102 dedicated people across our depots and field-based roles, whilst working hard to retain that small business family feel from the early 90's.

Service Administrator
£Salary Negotiable dependent upon experience & qualifications
Your Responsibilities:
- Arrange all overdue and upcoming service, inspections and Thorough Examinations with all our customers.
- Managing outside fitters and planning their work in advance along with breakdowns on equipment
- Process and input all machinery paperwork in accordance with company procedure.
- To raise orders, goods receive and deal with invoice queries
- General admin duties
- Have evident strong administration experience
- Have previous experience in a similar Industry
- Be confident with Microsoft Excel and other systems
- Have strong attention to detail
- Good communicator with bundles of enthusiasm
- Team player
Must have parts experience within either the plant/motor or engineering trade
Must have a good knowledge of parts purchase and processes
A knowledge on InspHire hire software would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
