REPORTING TO: Spa Therapy Manager

HOURS: This position is full-time and will be 8-hour varied shifts, based on 5 days out of 7, including weekend work. Example shift patterns 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm (may be subject to change)

LOCATION: Galgorm

SALARY: £11.44 - £12.44 per hour

About the role:

Based in our Award Winning Thermal Village, as a Spa Assistant, you will interact and offer a high level of customer care to all visiting guests. Your role will involve making sure the treatment rooms are cleaned between treatments, the preparation of the hands off treatments and taking the guests to these experiences and ensuring the Orangery (post treatment relax) is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.

The Position:

The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Offering a high level of consistent, friendly, and efficient care to all spa clients and visitors.
• Ensuring the treatment rooms are cleaned between treatments, taking dirty laundry away and replenishing
• Organizing the preparation of the hands off treatments and taking the guests to these experiences
• Ensuring the Orangery (post treatment relax area) is cleaned and replenished throughout the day
• Servicing and cleaning all areas in the treatment corridor with a particular eye for detail.

The Person:

Applicants must:

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have the ability to think ahead and to time-manage your day and movements.
• Possess sound knowledge of the Resort & local area.
• Display a flexible work approach and be available to work early late and weekend shifts.

Desirable;

• Previous experience working in a Spa
• Previous experience working in a Hotel
