This is an employed role within F&C HQ, covering the North East, North West, Midlands and Wales.

We are recruiting an experienced BDM who will be the key contact for each account across the Northern regions, working with them closely to ensure their success with the Fine & Country brand, utilising the tools available to them, including additional products and services. In addition, the role will include responsibility for prospecting vacant and terminating territories in the Northern regions, selling licenses to successful candidates. The BDM will maintain the relationship with the business owner and work closely with them and their team to ensure they are positively onboarded and remain a Fine & Country licensee beyond the initial term, ensuring those on our revenue share model are successful as quickly as possible through ongoing strategic support in their business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Report into and working closely with the Fine & Country MD

  • Support Fine & Country licensees in their use and development of the Brand, with travel required to visit licensees and prospects face to face.

  • Carry out all onboarding of new licensees, ensuring they are fully aware of key and additional services and products, as well as ensuring they receive a positive experience, working closely with the F&C support team.

  • Research suitable future joiners to prospect existing and future vacancies that may arise, comprising of ‘walk in' meetings to visit suitable prospects, and follow up meetings as required to successfully agree a license sale.

  • Hold quarterly strategic meetings with licensees, encouraging generation of ideas for potential new business, products and services and discussion of issues.

  • Ensure outstanding delivery against financial and customer service Key Performance Indicators.

  • Generate ideas for products, services and new ways of working, identifying problems, opportunities and solutions, bringing these to the Fine & Country MD.

  • Ensure licensees adhere to our Compliance Standards, member standards and brand guidelines, mediating between licensees if issues arise

  • Develop and manage long lasting, supportive and trusting relationships with licensees, including resolving any issues, ensuring maximum engagement with the brand and our products and services.

  • Train and/or deliver one to one coaching and group training with licensees on new and existing products, services, and tools to ensure engagement and value as required by the business

  • Prioritise the workload to ensure KPI's are met.

  • Experienced in Estate Agency and winning listings

  • Excellent customer care skills & proven sales skills

  • Strong team player

  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of customer queries.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external members and internal staff and departments.

  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time in a fast-paced business.

  • Proficiency with Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and CRM databases.
