Job Responsibility:

Full time Key Account Administrator required to cover Maternity leave with the possibility of being a permanent position.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Completion of daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Fielding of incoming queries and follow up from Key account customers' representatives
• Proactively advise customer of any potential issues
• Log, manage and resolve customer queries and complaints
• Liaising with other departments whilst maintaining successful service level agreements
• Support Key Account Managers at customer meetings as and when required

• Ability to prioritise workload and to meet deadlines
• Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills
• Good IT Skills
• Previous experience in a customer Service Role
• Ability to multitask
