We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Partnerships Manager to join our Media and Partnerships team.

The Hotel Partnerships Manager will be responsible for account management of hotel suppliers, and managing and negotiating marketing contributions through the offering of marketing technology and promotional opportunities.

In this role you have responsibility for driving existing and incremental marketing contributions, using an initiative-taking, reactive and organised approach to networking with our hotel partners by attending trade fairs and visiting their destinations. You'll create and maintain strong relationships with our hotel partners and be able to identify commercial opportunities, as well as contributing to the planning and execution of the hotel and other partner income streams on behalf of easyJet holidays including contributions, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives.

You'll work with internal teams at easyJet holidays to ensure that all opportunities are sourced, and you'll work particularly closely with the marketing team to explore media opportunities across all easyJet holiday channels, as well as maintaining and building an innovative media offering to include relevant but new products, the media kit and the value proposition offering to partners.

What you'll bring to the team:

We are looking for somebody who is an excellent relationship builder within a European environment. You'll need to have In-depth knowledge of hotel processes and interfaces and the ability to navigate through a complex and rapidly changing political environment to deliver outstanding commercial results, a strong commercial focus and proven track record of delivering against stretching budget targets, and be a skilled networker and communicator who is able to work across departments.

You'll be a results-focused person who is driven, has a ‘can do' attitude, and easily earns trust in all working relationships and environments. You'll need good commercial acumen and negotiating skills, skilled in producing new ideas, approaches, and insights, and keep up to date with competitor information and market trends .

Finally, we'd love it if you have experience in the travel industry.

Location

This full-time role is based at our HQ near Luton Airport, and we operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week.
