Job Responsibility:

We are recruiting for a Service Coordinator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. The post-holder will support the Service Manager in the management of all aspects of the Services, including performance management and will be directly responsible for the management and co-ordination of secretarial and administrative staff within the Directorate. The Service Coordinator will also be jointly responsible with external teams e.g. Outpatients/Waiting List Managers for robust communication and effective management of patient access issues. This job opportunity is within the Trusts' Stroke Department. The Stroke Department is committed to achieving outstanding patient care and striving to achieve excellent SSNAP Performance (Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme). The service was recently awarded the ENH Staff Continuous Improvement Award. We are looking for someone who can join this team and continue with the great work, providing positive leadership and collaborative working.
