Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all plant equipment and machinery.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage capital projects, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in food processing technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
