Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our databases to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Develop, implement, and optimize database strategies
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure database security
• Create and maintain database documentation
• Perform regular backups to ensure data availability

Requirements

• Proficiency in Database Administration
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and SSIS
• Experience with MySQL and high availability server environments
• Familiarity with Shell Scripting, Bash Unix shell, Linux operating systems

Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 6 months

Pay: £200.00-£210.00 per day
