What will you be doing?

  • Leading & Optimising: Oversee and enhance our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success.
  • Collaborating & Innovating: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and platform improvements.
  • Integrating & Managing: Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
  • Strategising & Implementing: Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy, managing projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Monitoring & Improving: Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Guiding & Mentoring: Provide technical leadership, best practices guidance, and support to development teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What are we looking for?

  • Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, and strong knowledge of NetSuite and integration technologies.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration, with experience in NetSuite. Knowledge of Apex coding, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Certifications: Salesforce and NetSuite certifications are desirable.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys mentoring and has a positive mindset.
