Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare facilities and professionals. Duties:- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and monitor performance metrics.- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.- Provide leadership in the sales process, from initial contact through to closing deals.- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
Experience:- Proven experience in medical sales industry of 3 plus years.- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards success.- Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
