FSQ Administrator - Dunbia, is one of Europe's leading and respected suppliers of top-quality Beef, Pork and Lamb products for the national and international retail, commercial and foodservice markets. We're looking for a Food Safety & Quality Administrator to join the Food Safety & Quality Management team based at Carnaby, Bridlington. The ideal candidate will be able to work and be willing to learn, providing the necessary support. While basic knowledge regarding Food Safety and Quality would be ideal, experience is not essential. The duties include implementation of procedures and controls to ensure the safety and legality of all products.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of all quality; documentation, procedures, testing and control of the manufacturing process
- Carrying out task such as Micro sampling, PH/ temperature testing and reporting
- Document control
- Assisting in compiling information for customer audits
- Helping to promote Food Safety Culture on site
- Administrative duties, filing, photopcopying etc
Qualifications:
- Experience in the food safety industry is desirable but not essential, as with support of the FSQ team, the successful candidate can be mentored to carry out the role on a daily basis independently.
- GSCE Maths and English
- Administrative experience
- Ability to work to deadlines and in a fast paced enviroment
- A basic understanding of food manufacturing.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Must have the ability to work on their own initiative, whilst working as part of a team
- IT skills and familiarity with MS Office Applications such as Outlook and Word
