Job Responsibility:
Our Client, Reading Council, is seeking a Children's Social Worker to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Phone calls and visits to Special Guardians in Reading
- Review and development of Special Guardianship Support Plans
- Referrals to Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund
- Liaison with internal and external service providers
- Attendance at multi-agency meetings for children living in Special Guardianship arrangements
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
- Must have minimum of 2 years experience working as a Qualified social worker in a similar team
