About the role

Based in our Marlow office, you'll support our Financial Planners in a hands-on role with exposure to various aspects of Financial Planning. Join a small, supportive team within a larger growing company.

We seek eager learners who can quickly adapt to new tasks. Our clients include successful professionals, entrepreneurs, and retirees who trust us with their financial needs. We provide comprehensive planning and advice both in-person and digitally to help them achieve their goals.

Accountabilities

  • Liaise with 3rd party providers for policy details and obtaining policy illustrations.
  • Process new business applications.
  • Co-ordinate Financial Planner's diaries and arranging client meetings.
  • Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs.
  • Respond to email enquiries and liaising directly with clients.
  • Collate together data and repots, liaising with internal teams to provide information sent to clients.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with all system updates, as a regulated firm must be within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with the local team and other Hubs across the network to streamline and innovate processes and strategies.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working within in a Wealth Management, Financial Planning or IFA firm.
  • Experience working with a CRM (ours is XPLAN, all training provided).
  • Comfortable using Excel - producing V:lookups, Pivot tables.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable with numbers, and highly organised.
  • Capable of fact finding and analytical thinking.
  • A desire to do a great job!
