Job Responsibility:

We are currently recruiting for this exciting role as part of the commercial Team that reports to the Commercial Manager/Director to manage the full product lifecycle through the business whilst ensuring that the inventory stays within agreed KPIs. The role overview includes responsibility for creating and managing the annual total product forecast and to support the leadership team with regular management information reports. Accountabilities also include:

• Create daily, weekly & monthly reporting for all inventory holdings.
• Managing inventory usage and replenishment across key areas.
• Implement improvement processes and systems to optimise inventory, reduce costs and improve working capital.
• Supplier forecast management and inventory control.
• Working with factory teams to ensure reporting is optimised as per the inventory requirements.
• Responsible for managing internal stock count calendar.
• Deliver analysis and reports to support decision making.
• Support SLT with projected demands.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Previous relevant experience as a procurement planner is essential
• IT literate (MS Office, and relevant software/ product file management)
• Excellent communication skills including report writing.
• Previous experience within a procurement role would be an advantage.
