Job Responsibility:
Are you a diligent and organised person willing to learn? Do you have good administration skills? We have a great role for you within our Document Management Team.
We're looking for the right person to join our Document Management team as an Administrator. The team support our government clients with Document Management and Subject Access Requests. Your role will be to support the team with document collation, data management and general admin duties.
The role is for an initial period of 12 months fixed term full time. This role is office based 5 days per week.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the team with document scanning and printing.
- Using the mailing systems to send out documents to clients and employees.
- Ensuring payslips are distributed across the team.
- Sourcing and compiling data for Data Requests.
- Uploading data into our clients recruitment system for data protection.
What you'll bring:
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Willingness to learn new software and use of hardware (high volume printers, scanners and mailing machines).
It would be great if you had:
- Prior experience with data requests.
