Role: Academic Excellence Executive Assistant (4 posts)
Department: Faculty of Computing, Engineering & the Built Environment
Grade: Grade 5 (£27,181 - £30,504)
Responsible to: Director of Faculty Operations
Reports to: Faculty Administration Officer
Campus: Belfast (3 posts) and Derry~Londonderry (1 post)
(Permanent / Full-Time)Job Purpose: As a key member of the School/ Faculty team, the role will support Academic Excellence in its broadest sense, as directed by the pressures/demands of the schools and faculties, at varying periods throughout the academic year. The role holder will provide a comprehensive and professional support service to the Faculty/School leadership teams. The role holder will be involved in undertaking project work, analysis and research under three broad headings: - Research, Teaching and Partnership Engagement.
