We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who: • is an experienced PA or senior administrator; • has an excellent level of IT skills and experience of Microsoft applications, Internet, and MIS systems; • can work flexibly and prioritise workload; • Is organised able to multitask and thrive working in a busy environment; • has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of different stakeholders, adults, and children alike; • is experienced at multiple diary management; • can offer assertive, sensitive, and supportive assistance to senior managers; • has precise attention to detail and confidentiality; • is committed to safeguarding.
