We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a versatile role that combines sales support, marketing assistance, and administrative duties. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered. Responsibilities:
  • Answer the office phone calls and direct calls.
  • Provide sales support and PA duties to the Managing Director
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and other company software for various administrative tasks.
  • Cleanse and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create brochures and marketing materials using Canva, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager (training provided if needed).
  • Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Support with social media campaigns, again supported by the Marketing Manager.
  • Organise and maintain data within our CRM systems.
  • Support senior leaders with email correspondence, appointments, and diary management.
  • Take notes at meetings and assist during presentations.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain the office environment.
Person Specification:Essential:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in an administrative/assistant capacity for senior leaders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Desirable:
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and digital tools.
