Responsibilities.
- Manage the day-to-day studio management (spanning Creative, Design and Production)
- Receive project briefs from client teams via brief intake process.
- Fllow Process and ensure the right information is secured to enable the project team to successfully meet client needs
- Help guide development of project scopes of work - work with relevant studio personnel to accurately scope projects
- Display astute knowledge of deliverable cost/pricing across studio outputs (going beyond initial scope to print costs, shoot costs etc.)
- Confirm sign off of scope before work is started
- Input hours from scopes into resource planner
- Maintain regular contact with clients teams and troubleshoot or escalate project risks as required
- Work closely with teams/resource to make sure deliverables are achievable. Be proactive in problem solving resource issues where possible.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to run through booked projects for the week & discuss outstanding projects
- Set up kick off meetings if needed for large projects to discuss brief and any flags/concerns before work is scoped.
- Working with designers, production team and the UK Creative Lead to create seamless ways of working.
- Managing multiple projects at one time and being the first point of contact for all briefs from the account teams.
- Deal with client requests professionally and promptly and with an appreciation of Ketchum's and individual clients' working methods, procedures and preferences.
- Maintain an understanding of Ketchum, Ketchum's clients and their sectors.
