What you'll do
- Utilise qualitative and quantitative analysis to draw insights, produce benefit cases & outline recommendations to drive in year performance and actions across support teams and in store
- Translate key business questions into well-structured analysis and presentations sharing recommendations back to the business
- Supporting the delivery and evolution of the Retail data and insight strategy as the custodian of Retail user stories, ensuring they reflect the business requirements and embody the performance focus required, working closely with ADA to deliver retail role specific applications
- Partnering and consulting key functions to provide insight and opportunities to drive retail and customer performance in stores
- Work with store feedback and support central teams to understand pain points & areas of opportunity for Retail
- Positively impact and influence at senior levels, ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement and management
What you need to know and show
- Ability to analyse financial, market & customer data with previous experience of strong analytical/insight skills working with big data and complex challenges balancing customer, colleague and business benefit
- Able to quickly analyse processes and data to find insight, identify opportunity and present recommendations
- Team player that can recognise and exploit the full value from diversity of thinking and opinions
- Ability to prioritise and identify “fewer, bigger things” that will make the most difference
- Curious mindset to challenge the status quo
- Demonstrable knowledge of using different influencing/communication styles at a senior level
- The ability to rapidly build a strong and diverse network within Store Support Centres and retail
- Good understanding of online and wider retail/commercial landscape
