The Position

As part of the Concierge Department you will be responsible for providing a prompt, efficient and courteous luggage service to hotel guests during their stay, ensuring the highest standard of guest care and service. Currently working in a similar role and level in a fast-paced and busy environment, you will be customer focused with a professional and approachable manner with the ability to establish positive relations and rapport quickly.

A warm and intuitive people person and experienced concierge, you will thrive working in a team, communicating with colleagues with confidence and sensitivity, supporting the Head Concierge and Assistant Concierge in the smooth running of the department, and working alongside the Luggage Porters and Door Persons to give guests the warmest welcome.

Naturally, you will add an aptitude for organisation and computer literacy to your exceptional people skills, and remain well-versed in industry trends and the wider market. In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us.
