Job Description :
OverviewAs our Petrol Station Supervisor, you'll oversee a small team drive sales, set standards and deliver KPI's. overseeing day-to-day responsibility, you'll be the key driver of compliance adherence and ensure the petrol station is run safely and securely at all times. You'll be enthusiastic about motivating team members and creating a culture that keeps customers coming back! The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail focused & committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Maintain compliance with all Forecourt Operating Procedures including the health &safety measures- Replenish, date check & rotate stock accordingly- Undertake fuel dips & complete reconciliations- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels- Keeping the station clean and organised- Reporting any safety or maintenance issues to management
Skills- Multilingual skills are advantageous- Proficiency in sales management- Ability to sell products effectively- Knowledge of retail management practices- Strong administrative skills- Capable of team management- Demonstrated leadership abilities- Proficient in supervising tasks- Previous knowledge of till operation, including cash, credit cards and till receipts is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
