Job Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking Bricklayer's Labourer to join our team. This role will involve supporting various bricklaying tasks, with a clear pathway to train and develop into a skilled Bricklayer. Responsibilities:

• Assist in general construction duties on-site, focusing on bricklaying tasks.
• Support bricklayers by helping with tasks such as mixing mortar, carrying bricks, and setting up work areas.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are organized and readily available for the team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Load and unload construction materials, and distribute them to appropriate locations on-site.
• Work closely with the bricklaying team to gain practical skills and experience.
• Help with brick and block laying under supervision, gradually developing your skills.

Skills & Requirements:

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning are essential.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and continuously improve.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Open to relocating or commuting to Luton.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction principles is an advantage but not essential.
