*Job Overview* The Home Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a care home or assisted living facility. This position involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and providing high-quality support to residents. The Home Manager is responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for seniors, while also coordinating medication administration and supervising care staff. *Duties* – Oversee the daily operations of the care home or assisted living facility. – Manage and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices in senior care. – Develop, implement, and review individual care plans for residents. – Coordinate medication administration and ensure compliance with health regulations. – Provide training and support to staff on care procedures and protocols. – Maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance. – Foster a positive environment that promotes the well-being of all residents. – Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies as necessary. *Skills* – Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or similar senior care settings. – Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. – Knowledge of medication administration practices and relevant regulations. – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. – Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs. – Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in supervising daily operations. – Compassionate approach towards senior care with a focus on enhancing quality of life.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
