Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to address their bathroom, plumbing, and heating needs through our trade counter
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on products and services in line with customer requirements
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of the latest plumbing and heating trends, products, and industry regulations
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
• Identify and liase with Suppliers for timely delivery of Customers Orders
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive working environment

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Bathroom, Plumbing and Heating sales
• Strong knowledge of Bathroom, Plumbing and Heating products and Suppliers
• Proficiency in using Point of Sales software as well as MS Word, Excel and Emails
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• A proactive and adaptable approach to sales and customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £22,259.56-£30,000.00 per year
