The Role: Recruitment and Operations Assistant
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive and has prior experience as an external recruiter. The Recruitment and Operations Assistant will play a critical role in building both our associate and permanent team.
This is an in-person role with the flexibility to work remotely occasionally.
It will be on a one year, part time contract - 21 hours spread over 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of associate partners and full time team members
- Onboarding, Inductions & Training
- Brand management
- Support the Enablement team with general adminstative tasks
You will need to be able to accomplish:
1. Recruitment of associate partners and full time team members
- Advising on roles, agreeing with management and producing JD's
- 360 recruitment: listing roles, head hunting, filtering CV's, interviewing, scheduling additional meetings, calls and SUY's and sending rejection emails (Internal Team, Associate & external roles: )
2. Onboarding, Inductions & Training
- Onboarding: liaising with the applicant, referencing, handling the onboarding & personal documents (pre-employment screening, Visa's, DBS, Insurance, NOK), producing the induction plans.
- Adapting, issuing and filing associate contracts & NDA's
- Contractual advice & queries with associates
- Advising on legalities: such as VISA requirements
- Producing and carrying out training reviews, feeding back to management
- Implementing additional training where necessary
- Monitoring, arranging and scheduling training and development / upskilling for the associates
- Advising on necessary contract updates: hybrid/remote, working hours etc
- Making necessary and agreed changes and updates to contracts
- Maintain and update onboarding documentation (both internal and associate
- Observing gaps and implementing missing procedures: such as: a cultural induction and post induction training reviews and records
3. Brand management
- Monitoring and updating the Sevenhill website
- Update marketing materials, producing drafts
- Brand management
4. Support the enablement team
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment related role.
- Strong knowledge ofrecruitment systems and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn for recruitment.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to attend interviews
Qualifications
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 12 months
Pay: £15,000.00-£17,000.00 per year
