Job Description:

We are looking for a caring and dependable Home Health Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing meals and ensuring clients have proper nutrition and hydration.
• Providing medication reminders and assisting with medication management as instructed.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health or behavior to the care manager or family members.
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting and assisting clients with mobility.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with business insurance and reliable transportation .
• Clean DBS.
