Job Responsibility:
Position: Arabian Speaking Education Consultant (Part-Time)
Salary: £12.50/ hour
Contract Hour: 16 hours/week
Shifts: Monday - Friday ( 10- 18)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare student files efficiently.
- Assist students in interview preparation.
- Maintain regular communication with agents regarding current and upcoming students.
- Investigate reasons behind student refusals or rejections.
- Manage spreadsheets for individual students and institutes.
- Recruit students from any nationality.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.
- For Facebook leads that are completely rejected, pass them to the Marketing team to investigate.
- Prepare weekly reports and send them to the Head of Operations and Compliance Officer.
Requirements
- The candidate must have Arabian speaking proficiency besides English knowledge is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Education degree is advantageous but not mandatory but one must have the GCSE or equivalent education.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and educational institutions.
- Adherence to professional ethics and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
