Job Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technologist at Daniel Matthias Architecture located in Sandbach. The Architectural Technologist will be responsible for technical drawing, project management, measured surveys, and general admin duties related to this role on a day-to-day basis.
What We're Looking For:
- Over 3 years' experience
- A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Ideally CIAT qualified or working towards qualification
- A track record of successfully managing projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with traditional and Modern Methods of Construction including timber and steel frame
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with residential and commercial projects.
- Skills in Technical, Architectural, and Construction Drawings
- Project Management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & REVIT software
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and Standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
