Job Description :

We are currently looking for part time Customer Care and Sales Consultants to join a new initiative we are developing alongside represnt us at upcoming pop-ups. Our customer is at the heart of everything we do so you should be passionate delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Building positive relationships with customers
• Providing excellent customer service in store and with customer follow up
• Achieving in-depth product and brand knowledge
• Maximising every selling opportunity to achieve sales targets
• Maintaining high standards on the shop floor

About You

• Minimum 2 years retail experience required. Luxury sales experience is a plus.
• A great communicator with a natural flair for building relationships
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• A team player who is always ready to go the extra mile
• Able to work flexibly, including weekends

Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryContract length: 24 months

Pay: £14.11-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week

Additional pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
